RULES OF THE HOUSE

  1. Access to the apartments
    Details of all guests must be communicated to the manager. These should include arrival and departure dates for each guest. This information is necessary for registration purposes. The manager reminds guests to respect the number limits for each apartment.
  2. Respect for the property
    Our guests are asked to treat these apartments with respect. The cost of any damage will be automatically taken from the deposit paid by the guests on arrival at the apartments. Should the cost of damage exceed the deposit, the manager will request compensation according to the law.
  3. Noise rules
    It is necessary to keep noise to a minimum during the afternoon and the night (from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 23.00 to 8.30) the use of TV and musical appliances is permitted but only low volume. In order to guarantee a peaceful stay for everyone, the manager has the right to send away anyone who does not respect these rules.
  4. Conditions of stay
    Bookings and cancellations – to confirm the booking of accommodation in this property, guests will be required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the entire sum for the stay. This is payable by bank transfer.

    The request to cancel a booking received with sufficient notice may permit the partial or full refund of the deposit based on the following conditions: - Cancellations received with not less than 60 days of notice prior to the day of arrival: full refund.
    - Cancellations received with not less than 20 days of notice prior to the day of arrival: 50% refund.
    - Any cancellation received outside these limits will lose the entire deposit.

    Bookings and cancellations will be considered valid when the client receives confirmation from the manager.
    On arrival at the accommodation, guests will be required to pay a cautionary deposit of € 100 that will be returned to them on surrender of the keys at the end of the stay.
  5. Payment (in advance and settlement of account)
    At the moment of booking the guest is required to leave a deposit as explained in point 4 (conditions of stay). The account must be settled in full when the guest arrives at the accommodation.
    This payment may be made in cash, by PAGOBANCOMAT or credit cards belonging to the VISA / MASTERCARD group.
  6. Charges for electricity...
    The cost of electricity, water, heating, gas and internet are covered in the cost of the room. Only for stays longer than 14 days, costs will be calculated apart at an extra charge of € 9 per person per week.
  7. Check-in/Check-out
    Guests can check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Guests must pay the outstanding balance for the whole stay on receipt of the keys. Guests must leave the apartments before 10.00 on the last day of their stay.
  8. Cleaning of rooms
    In order to carry out the daily tidying of the rooms, guests are asked to vacate the rooms not later than 10.00. After 11.30, the manager cannot guarantee this service. The final cleaning of the rooms will be done by the manager, excluding the cleaning of the kitchen area (if this has been used), that must be cleaned by the guests and if not a cost of € 25 will be taken from the deposit.
  9. 9. Restrictions
    It is absolutely forbidden for guests to use any sources of heat such as fires, cookers, candles, etc. other than those provided by the manager.
    It is forbidden to remove any items (including cutlery and linen) from any of the apartments without the express permission of the manager.

    It is forbidden to bring animals into the apartments.
    It is forbidden to smoke inside the building.

The owner of the property regrets that because of the particular architecture of the building it is not possible to accept guests with problems of deambulation. However, the management will be happy to look for more suitable accommodation in the immediate vicinity.
